Services
County of Lambton Senior Services Department provides long-term care for seniors within three County Homes (Lambton Meadowview Villa-Petrolia, Marshall Gowland Manor-Sarnia, North Lambton Rest Home-Forest) and three Adult Day programs. The homes for the aged provide care and services including nursing care, nutritional meals, restorative care, therapeutic gardens and dementia care.
Volunteer Roles
Volunteers assist residents in a variety of recreational and one-to-one activities including crafts, visiting, shopping excursions, social programs spiritual and palliative care, music etc.
Adult Day Care volunteers assist with group activities, driving and one-to-one activities.
