Assistance to cover reception on a short term basis in the absence of the Receptionist. Duties include: Answering phones, directing inquiries, greeting clients, families and visitors, administrative assistance, etc…

Length of Commitment: at least one year
Time Commitment: Call In basis to cover receptionist vacation
Total Days Needed: as needed
Minimum Age Required: 18
Training Required: Receptionist or administrative experience is an asset. Training will be provided.
Training Provided: Health & Safety, Accessiblity, Customer Service, Policies & Procedures
Skills Required: Customer service, administrative, experience with children.
Activities: Covering lunch breaks and vacations. Answering phones, taking messages or sending calls to appropriate staff member, occasional computer work, making calls.
Transportation: transportation to and from Pathways Health Centre is needed
Population Served:
Additional Information: Must have an updated (within 6 months) Police Check with vulnerable sector search and updated immunization record.
