Habitat for Humanity brings communities together to help families build strength, stability, and independence through homeownership. No matter who you are or where you come from, Habitat Sarnia/Lambton believes everyone deserves a safe and decent place to call home. The ReStore is a social retail enterprise which receives donations of new and gently used building materials, home furnishings, appliances and the like. These are sold at affordable prices to the general public with the net proceeds used to offset all costs of the Habitat Sarnia/Lambton affiliate. The Habitat Handyman program offers home improvement services for all homeowners in Sarnia/Lambton (low income pricing is available).
Volunteering with Habitat for Humanity Sarnia/Lambton is both fun and rewarding. We always have openings for volunteers. We welcome your participation and will happily work with you to determine timings that compliment your busy life. Volunteer Opportunities include: ReStore, Build, Handyman, and Affiliate.
